By using this image-generation web application (the “Service”) provided by MindShape, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

The Service lets you generate and edit images using AI. You are responsible for the content you upload and generate, and you must have the rights to any images you provide as references.

2. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service to create illegal, harmful, deceptive, or infringing content, or to impersonate others without consent.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Respect the terms of any connected third-party service, including Pinterest.

3. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the images you upload. Generated outputs are provided for your use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider (BytePlus).

4. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service to the extent permitted by law.

5. Changes
